The company implements Retired Employees’ Support Programme and Youth Support Programme, actively pursues Housing Policy, resolves the issues addressing Optional Health Insurance, health resort treatment, recreation, non-governmental retirement insurance, etc.

JSC MSZ’s efforts in this field have been honoured with a significant number of awards and diplomas of the highest class, and our current Collective Agreement has been repeatedly named the best among such agreements implemented by the Moscow Region companies.
